My wife is at the doctor's office, they are doing an ultra sound of her stomach...she has been sick  since Monday..I will have to be Mr. Mom this evening..picking up and taking kids everywhere..wish us luck.

Back from school, flute lessons and indoor baseball training.  The doctor called and said the wife has a cyst on her liver and an enlarged pancretic duct (whatever all that means) they are not sure of the cause.  They have to run some more tests tomorrow morning. 

Got a run in, if you can call it that.....felt terrible..

Back to the grind.  I shouldn't complain, my job allows me to work from home 1 or 2 days a week and then I travel the remaining days.  It's alot easier than managing!!  I was going to lift at lunch and swim at 4 or 5 today.  I started working around 7 a.m. primarily checking emails, good thing I periodically check them during the break, all the emails!!  Spoke to my boss today, he was pleasant which he usually is to me but I know he can be a difficult person to deal with.  He is a workaholic, no kids and family so he is all business.  I feel sorry for him especially during the holidays.  He doesn't like kids either.  He had to move to Milwaukee as our 'home' office moved there, he didn't mind.  Well, gotta go..time to lift.

My body is telling me to rest..so i better rest.  Went and lifted today and just went through the motions.  Wasn't a bad lift but I wasn't focused on lifting, found myself staring into space and not doing what I should have been doing, goofball. I may not swim tonight to give my body some rest.  Don't want to come down with something, my daughter has a touch of something again.  Like my mother says, 'listen to your body'...lol...she thinks I abuse my body..maybe she's right?
