OK..I was pi**ed during my X-fit workout..saw these guys making fun of the way I was doing pull-ups..1st round was 4 minutes flat and the next 2 rounds were 7:20..found some motivation..lol..do not make fun of what you don't understand...enough said..I shouldn't get upset...lol..its funny now..went by them and said 'there called kipping pull-ups'...blank stares...dumba**
Tabatha Something Else:
8 Rounds of Pull-ups, Push-ups, Sit-ups and Squats; 20 seconds on 10 seconds Rest
Pull-ups 70, Push-ups =118, Sit-ups=117 and Squats=151 TOTAL = 456
Kids and I did the 'Tabatha Something Else' X-fit this morning, WOW the kids did fantastic, H did exactly the same total as I did when I first did this workout in February.
H------43 Pull-ups----73 Push-ups----108 Sit-ups and --165 squats For a X-fit Total of 389!!
R-----25 Pull-ups-----115 Push-ups---104 Sit-ups and 202 Squats for a X-fit Total of 446!
H was upset that her brother beat her...why are boys stronger than girls? she asked me...actually she was stronger with the pull-ups and better on the sit-ups than her brother but R's squats killed us both. His push-ups were awesome too...have to work on his pull-ups though.
