Fishing then hopefully a bike ride.  Has been a good vacation, kids are having fun.  Apples to Apples is a fun game to play.

First Outdoor ride! Gulf Shores, no wind. Out 7.5 Miles and back to Ft. Morgan.

Great first ride outdoors, on my old Trek (at least 14 years old).  Averaged 17 MPH, with an AVG HR of 142!!!

4 x 800M with as much rest as needed. Walked about 0.25M between 800M. Results:
Rnd1: 0.50M= 3'10"
Rnd2: 0.50M= 3'14"
Rnd3: 0.50M= 3'09"
Rnd4: 0.50M= 3'01"
hmmm....looks like I could have push the first couple more than I did.

Might be a good day to bike tomorrow.  Hopefully, not too windy.
