Where the hell did that come from!!

Writing race report now. Short of it is - 17th overall, 2nd in AG.

Well, it looks as if upon further investigation that it will still cost us in the range of $10k to get the car ...... stupid taxes.  The car would have to be claimed as income for federal and state taxes, so it would be the additional money.  Looks like we are going to take the cash option of $30k instead, which will still be in the range of $22k take home.  Oh well, pay some bills and maybe get some more bike goodies out of it at least!

Rest day today.  Getting our entertainment center delivered, have to run some errands and then tonight is the "Gala" for my son's school so I've got a hot dinner and dancing date with Mir.

Out and back with 8 x 100 strides. Felt okay, not bad and not great. Top of the foot feels a little better.

Damn ... my general aerobic pace seems kind of fast. I really need to slow down my runs some ....
