Stress Test today, at the Cardio doc. Everything turned out just fine, so I'm released for whatever kind of crazy things I plan to do - as in a second marathon and 1/2 IM in 2008, and a full IM in 2009!!
1/2 hour of weights, followed by 10 minutes of spinning, and 15 minutes of swimming - trying to get all the muscles to move again after my 1/2 mary on Sunday.
