The Big News for the Day/Week/Year - I reached my goal weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 

First time this body has seen 160 pounds on the scale since Richard Nixon was in office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hill run in Paradise, up the memorial trail -starting at Maxwell, up to Pentz Rd.  3 miles each way, about 4% grade going up.  29'38" up (9.88 min/mile), 24'53 seconds coming down (8.29 min per mile)

1 mile warm up, the 4 times up Bille Hill - just under about 1/4 mile long, about 150 foot elevation gain.  Averaged around 1'45" to 1'50" per uphill run, about the same time to jog back down.  Finished with a mile or so cool down.
