Wo HOooo - a new 1 mile time record - 6' 19" on the treadmill.  Pushing towards my goal of a 6 minute mile, looks like this may be the year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't have to puke afterwards, so I must not have been pushing hard enough!!!

And, I found myself a swim coach - we start some one on one workouts Friday!!!!

This is going to be a great year of racing.... 

 

Left shoulder hurts to move or hold a cup of coffee - thats just great!!!!  Worst part, is I have no idea what triggered this.  Back to the Chiro on Wednesday, we may need to rethink our current rehab plan.
