100 yard warm up, then 1x1000 with wetsuit.  19'06" is over a minute faster than my best time ever - so a new PR for Me!!!!  YEA!!!!

First 50 @43 seconds, remainder at about 50 seconds, total time for 6 = 4'55".

43 seconds for 50 yards in my all-time fastest, by about 4 seconds.

Early morning ride around Durham - didn't push too hard, still not 100% from my brick over the weekend.  Great ride, no dogs/stupid drivers or lighting issues!!!

Long Brick workout - last big training session before my sprint tri next weekend.  Bike was a new PR, I've never been able to sustain more than about 16.5 - this one I held nearly 19 mph.  Sweet!!!!

Tried the "pull the feet out of the shoes" dismount, and loved it!!!  That is my new way to get off the bike - My T2 was under 2 minutes, even after wrestling with an overshirt, headphones and my radio (which I will not be doing on race day).

Run was pretty uneventful, a little ankle pain early on, but that went away about mile 3.  Didn't really push, but tried to speed up my pace the last half.
