Four hours of Airsofting with a group of guys from Ultrafrag.com - a great day of running, jumping, crawling around in the jungle, and shooting each other - and I have the welt's to prove it!!!
Later in the evening, tennis with my son and his friend.

Run around the orchards in Durham - first 4.1 miles at a good solid pace (34'52", 8'30" per mile) then tried to kick out the last mile (8'24"). It was pretty warm already (low 80's) so my pace on both was nothing to brag about.
Once fall comes around, and we get out of this "suck the life out of you heat" I should be able to fly!!!
Fun workout today - started with weights, then a speed workout on the treadmill - 1 mile w/u, the 4-440's at 10.2 mph pace, with about 3 minutes recovery in between. Total time to sprint the mile was 5 minutes, 33 seconds.
Then out to the pool to cool down, 200 yards kick, then 200 yards free style.
