Quick run after work - kicked out last mile, at 8'13".  Finally temperature cooled down to around 85, much nicer to run in that the 100 degree stuff!!!!

Air soft with my son and his buddies - lots of running, jumping, and getting shot - what a blast!!!

Nice, warm afternoon ride into Chico and around Bidwell Park.  Temp's in the mid 90's. 

Wohoo!!!  1321 miles, I just passed my yearly total from last year, and it's only September!!!!!

So far, I have surpassed both my swimming and biking mileages from 2006.

Hill run in Paradise - about 85 degrees, no issues or problems.
