First long'ish run for a while - felt really good, in spite of the incessant heat!!!
Weight workout, then sprints - 3x1/2 mile, at 10 mph - with about a 3 minute cool down inbetween sets. Max hr of 171.
Cooled down in the pool, 3x100, averaged about 2'8" per hundred.
Nice warm ride after work - 102 when I left, 95 when I got home!!! It was so hot, even the dogs refused to chase me!!!!
No issues other that trying to stay hydrated, and not push too hard.
