Good ride, lots of hills.  Left knee was a little sore by the end.

Honey Run time was 38'01", which is a lot faster than my 41'59" a couple of weeks ago, and a minute and a half faster than my all time best time of 39'32".  Wow, I guess riding more that once a week helps make you faster!!!

First trainer ride this morning.  Everything worked really well, I enjoy being able to have my coffee, newspaper, and Inside Triathlon magazine next to me while I am riding.  I need to work on the magazine holder (kept slipping off the tri-bars), and come up with a cheap tv for the shop - then I'll be good to go.  Even though it was brisk in the shop  (it's not heated or insulated), it was so much nicer that trying to keep warm in 30 degree air on a real bike ride.

Early morning run.

10 minutes on my "new to me" trainer!!  Found a Cycle-op's 2 on Craigs list - checked it out on the way home from work and brought it home with me!!!

I don't know why I am so excited about this, but I feel like this will expand my bike training potential, as it's really hard for me to get real rides in, especially with the cold and unpredictable weather.

Real easy set up, probably less than 5 minutes to figure out the mounting, and another 5 minutes to build a front tire block out of some scrap lumber.
