Working out just isn't "working out" this week, so I guess I'll call it a taper week for my race this weekend. Woke up at 2:00 AM, couldn't get back to sleep, then sleep past my alarm time so I missed my morning workout slot. Power was out when I got home, so I couldn't just drop everything and go running - so I had two beers instead...
Sunday - March 1
"Emergency" rest day today - I was so tired, I couldn't or wouldn't get off the couch all day. Don't know what it was, but I never got out of my pajamas all day!!! Watched a Steven King movie, and lots of other mind-numbing television.
