Its taking longer for me to get into a run. I've noticed that since I've been doing longer runs it takes 2-3 miles before I feel comfy. When before, when all I did was 5Ks, a mile into it I would feel comfortable and run easy. Now, I don't get that easy feel till after 2, sometimes 3 miles.
