The trainer took it out me today.. Didn't enough food.. so i didn't have enough calories to sustain my workout today... trainer was good.. getting easier to stay on it. for longer periods of time. spent a lot of energy on the trainer, pool venture didn't workout so well.. fatigued quickly.. in some ways good other ways bad (didn't eat enough food).. my constant problem.. AAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH..
