First tour in Hot Yoga. I did the hardest class.. crazy vinyasa.. Very good, felt really good. because of the heat in the room. i was more limber.. made two big mistakes leading up to yoga.. probably because it wasn't planned in my day... 1. i didn't drink enough water.. 2. i didn't eat properly.. bad example for my mentoring group..

today sucked in the pool. oh did it suck.. felt like i haven't swam in years. i need to get on the ball. my hip flexors started to ache earlier today.. they haven't let up.. been doing some stretches (lunges, pigeon, butterfly stretches).. i don't have to time to ache..
