great swim.. other than i thought i was going to die. hadn't swam in a while. and it showed and i felt every stroke.. played racquetball for the first time. nice ..

finally got to lift some weights..

did some circuit training.. hit it pretty hard..

Aw. man it felt good to lift today.. i missed it.. can't wait to get back into the pool and swim a little bit.. maybe tomorrow. trying to get pumped.

today was bike outside since last spring..

good ride.. pulled most of the ride.. 19 to 20 mph.. in a head wind..

on the way back did a sprint. maxed out at 28 mph for 1.5 miles.. quads were on fire after that..

great ride today.. need to keep it up.. tomorrow.. i want to swim..

IT ALL STARTS NOW..

good run this morning..

breathing and rhythm are off.. just because my frequency is low.. but felt really strong throughout run.. last mile started to fade and cramp.. didn't drink enough water yesterday.. left PF is sore.. need to work that out and rt achilles is tendor.. must do a lot of stretching throughout the day.. and ice them both tonight.
