does cleaning house count for a work out?
Great ride today.. felt strong and cadence was awesome..
did some sprints.. half mile sprints. try keeping speed 23 to 25..
recovered for .75mile..
did a big sprint 1.25 at 30.8 mph..
recovered for 2 miles..
last two mile kept speed 24 to 27 mph.
today was bike outside since last spring..
good ride.. pulled most of the ride.. 19 to 20 mph.. in a head wind..
on the way back did a sprint. maxed out at 28 mph for 1.5 miles.. quads were on fire after that..
