first run in a while..
wore my new shoes..

felt good..

run was good.. can't tell i haven't run in a while though.. form was good. small pain on the left side of left knee.. maybe it band or the hamstring.. will massage and stretch it out throughout the day.

finally arrive in finland... 23.5 hrs later.. travel should be a workout..
started travelling.. this should count as a workout

decent swim today.. needed some motivation so i registered for a race.. the smithfield sprint my first tri in 07 revisited.. pretty excited. well.. either.. physically i felt fine in the water.. but mentally i'm elsewhere.. whooo hooooo
