im finally ill.. i tried to swim.. long.. it was hard to breath.. chest congestion. i have to take a couple days to hopefully nurse myself back to normal. i find myself in a pickle.. i need to work out(race next week), but i need to rest.. compromise.. will not workout today thru fri.. will pick back up on sat.

wow!

i was completely surprise in my performance today.. i didn't train much at all for this race.. and i ran really well.. beat my last half by 3 mins.. i wonder how much faster i would have run if i had trained more/better.. who knows Race splits 2 mile 19:37, 3 mile 9:36, 4 mile 9:34, 5 mile 9:28, 6 mile 9:32, 7 - 9 miles 29:04, 10 mile 9:52, 11 mile 10:11, 12 mile 10:23, 13 mile 10:02, 0.1 mile 46.5s
