im finally ill.. i tried to swim.. long.. it was hard to breath.. chest congestion. i have to take a couple days to hopefully nurse myself back to normal. i find myself in a pickle.. i need to work out(race next week), but i need to rest.. compromise.. will not workout today thru fri.. will pick back up on sat.
