first swim.. since i got ill.. ohhhh it sucked back... damn you sickness... felt ok.. my swim endurance is lacking... i will go tomorrow as well. i hope to swim up to the race.. maybe not fri.. have to get endurance back. i will hopefully get a run or two in, and maybe a spin class or bike on trainer... speaking of bike... i need to change battery in computer and take it to the shop so i can get some adjustments.. rear derailleur was jumping last ride. feeling good.
