decent run..

got caught in the rain. aww it sucked.. i planned on running 4, but the weather changed my plan.. it was looking good, just some overcast mild winds.. nothing to sweat.. after the first mile i noticed showers approaching me in the distance.. so i turned around.. it was already raining behind me.. HARD! i was trapped.. so started running home... a loud crash of thunder sounded, and then i was in a downpour.. with no cover in site, i said F- it.. i kept going. now soak and wet i reach my door.. stretch a little.. get in the house.. and guess what.. the FRickin sun is out shining like nothing happened just 8 minutes earlier... oooooo im pissed.. that's my rant for the day.

first ride.. in a while.

did 5 sprints.. each for about a mile @ 24 - 28 mph..

what a ride today.. it sucked because of the head wind 85% of the ride... by sprint 4 my quads were toast.. couldn't muster any power.. need to ride more.. i was having some bike trouble.. derailleurs were jumping and skipping gears on the cassette making the ride even more difficult... didn't have to much recovery time.. i was either pedaling hard or cruising.. even on hills.. ooooh i'm going to fee this in the morning

first real work out in a while.. felt really good. legs felt awesome during the run. swim felt good as well.. pace was good.. nice and relaxed in the water... started to fatigue at 7th 50.. form was compromised a little bit. but i still got it done.

really tired today... didn't do anything. crazy work hours are killing me.. my training is suffering majorily..
does cleaning my house count as a workout?

today was a good day.. got some training in... on my way back.. felt strong in the pool.. run was ok... breathing is still a little tough.. but getting better... more training tomorrow.. maybe yoga
