today was a good workout. felt pretty good.. left achilles is tender.. don't know why.. need to key an eye on it. swim was good.. ran out of energy.. i guess i didn't eat enough.. tomorrow.. i'll do some weights or a swim again to make up for todays bust.. i think i have a race in mind.. the Luray International Triathlon in July..

IT LIKE STARTING ALL OVER AGAIN!!!! OOOOOOOOOOOO I HATE YOU SICK.. TAKE THIS RIGHT CROSS TO THE FACE...ANY ONE ELSE WANT TO HELP ME KICK SICKNESSES ASS? feeling better now..
