Swim was awesome.. felt good.. didn't push to hard. just got through the workout.. The ride was awesome.. First ride in a bit.. rode with some fast people.. The way out was great.. comfortable, strong, and relaxed.. then the sprint came.. aww it felt great to open up.. The sprint went for about a mile..(the funny thing is some guy tried to draft.. little did he i was still building speed.. he didn't last long, once i got pass 27 mph.. he couldn't hold on.. that will show him.. grab my wheel in a sprint you need some horsepower). the way back was tough, head wind.. my crew pulled away hip flexors were tightening up.. met up with a buddy.. we pulled each other back to front.. after some recovery legs felt fresh.. and back to work i went.. my buddy dropped when i got up to 25+. need to eat next time.

Nag Head Run..

Run felt good this morning.. achilles were tender for the first miles.. but loosen as i kept coming. Took a couple walk breaks. Tibialis started to get tight.. switch do different side on trail.. the pain went away..

Tried running this morning. both of my achilles tendons were so tight.. don't know why... it hurt like holly hell though.. they started to feel ok as the day went on. maybe ill try to run again in the morning.
