first 2 miles sucked butt... couldnt find pace, breathing rhythm, or anything and i felt heavy.. at the 2 mile mark.. stopped took a breather, tried to get mentally focused on what i had to do.. 2nd 2miles were good.. pace was good and was relaxed and steady.

swim was tough... wow, no gas in the pool.. felt like death was looming.. couldn't muster 50 to make an even 1000.. i went out to hard initially..
