run felt better to day than yesterday..

felt good.. but struggled.. the weather is playing a role in this.. its a 20 degree difference... and i added the berkeley bridge.. so hopefully things will get better soon.. i have a 10 miler to do soon.. the main idea is just to finish.. recovery is good and fast.. relaxation across the shoulders is good.

run sucked

first 2 miles sucked butt... couldnt find pace, breathing rhythm, or anything and i felt heavy.. at the 2 mile mark.. stopped took a breather, tried to get mentally focused on what i had to do.. 2nd 2miles were good.. pace was good and was relaxed and steady.
