life got in the way
suppose to run a 10... had a major headache all day.. i will run tomorrow.. between 6-8 miles. and will taper down rest of the week.. to have fresh legs for sat.

run felt better to day than yesterday..

felt good.. but struggled.. the weather is playing a role in this.. its a 20 degree difference... and i added the berkeley bridge.. so hopefully things will get better soon.. i have a 10 miler to do soon.. the main idea is just to finish.. recovery is good and fast.. relaxation across the shoulders is good.
