Wow.. Great race this morning. Felt great, relaxed, breathing was stellar. I was scared i would feel the effects of the 10 miler last week. but nothings.. legs felt strong.. i feel i could have run faster. During warm-up i hurt tweaked my back.. hurts like hell.. next time..

Legs felt great.. breathing was somewhat labored. i think it was because it was humid out.. it was like 85? or something.. really needed more water. cranked it out though.. felt ok.. may take tomorrow off. or may do something short.. run a mile swim 1000... who knows.

First run after 10 miler.. legs felt great.. breathing was labored.. hot out i didn't drink enough water.. and didn't have enough calories.. it hurt alittle.. but i got it done..
