im having trouble with orthotics and new shoes.. my feet hurt, which is cause pain in the calves and tibalis.. because of im compensating with strides.. Im removing orthotics.. didnt have pain until i put them in shoes. Ice and stretching.. to reduce inflammation.

Today was a bad.. mentally i was ready to do 5 miles.. but i just couldn't do it.. major back spasms..
