Run was great today.. Felt relaxed through the shoulders.. breathing was great.. i really pushed it at one point.. got a little winded but recovered fast.. physically i was strong.. all in all. great run today

missed long run.. just felt lazy.. NO EXCUSE!!! should have done something...
im having trouble with orthotics and new shoes.. my feet hurt, which is cause pain in the calves and tibalis.. because of im compensating with strides.. Im removing orthotics.. didnt have pain until i put them in shoes. Ice and stretching.. to reduce inflammation.
