Great run today.. felt strong, breathing was awesome.. then began to get stomach cramps.. sucks butt.. right calf tightness.. need to monitor that..

today was good... felt strong, relaxed through the shoulders, and breathing was great... it was suppose to be a 30 min tempo run.. was gonna do it...but i felt good so i extended it to 4+ was thinking of doing 5.. decided to stop..

ACHILLES WERE SENSITIVE..

HAD TO CUT IT SHORT.. ACHILLES WERE REALLY SENSITIVE.. I WASN'T PROACTIVE WITH MY LINGERING ALIMENTS.. I DIDN'T ICE OR DO ANY ACTIVE STRETCHING... MY OWN FAULT..
