Great ride..

I've never ridden my road bike that fast.. still need to get a different cassette.. this 12-25 is killing me.. need a 11-21 or 23. But felt good.. was very relaxed and comfortable.. i have some hip tightness.. to work out..

Felt great until.. i got stomach pains

Great run today.. felt strong, breathing was awesome.. then began to get stomach cramps.. sucks butt.. right calf tightness.. need to monitor that..

today was good... felt strong, relaxed through the shoulders, and breathing was great... it was suppose to be a 30 min tempo run.. was gonna do it...but i felt good so i extended it to 4+ was thinking of doing 5.. decided to stop..
