Re-evaluating my approach to upcoming race.. this week through next tues.. i will run 3 and 4 milers.. help me get my gas and rhythm back.. i felt better today.. with run today.. breathing was strained but not horrible.. ..

Today was a bad.. mentally i was ready to do 5 miles.. but i just couldn't do it.. major back spasms..
