Very Hot and Humid. Started drinking more earlier in the run. This was also my first sweat test for a run, Total fluid intake was 44 oz. total weight loss was 4.9 lbs. Resulting in a sweat loss of 81oz per hour.

AM Swim. First time in a long time the first workout of the day was a swim. Did 30 min set then a 45 min set. Felt good did a few surges past race pace then back down to race pace.
