Working a 1/2 day today and then heading to Summerfest to see my daughter's guitar teacher perform with his band this afternoon.  Should be fun. If I have time tonight will swim. I need to lock into some decisions and find a new plan for balance of the summer.

UPDATE: holy hot tub was that lake warm.  Started with the suit but I figured if lake stays this warm, I will need to do a tri-ing for children without a suit, so I thought I better practice without.  Was fine and comfortable, but about 15 sec. per 100 slower. Ending up talking to a guy training for his first (Chicago). Tried to give some words of wisdom. Stopped swimming because it was getting too dark.

So our family is getting a spanish exchange student for the next month. So temporaily I will get to be a parental type person to THREE girls. Should be fun. She arrives tonight. Also, keep it on the down-low, but I get a year older today. ;)

UPDATE ran 4.4 because I turned 44. I'm a goof like that.
