Man I had a good time yesterday both race and post-race. Excellent way to finish the Multisport season.  Good result, great weather and awesome friends. Kind of sad the season is done. 

Could be a rest day, but honestly, I feel like doing something.

Total time 1:36:20. Missed a PR by 1min 19 sec., so Dave's getting Pizza. However, I PR bike (just barely) for any race I ever done and had a great time. Another great day!

Leg seems to be feeling better, fatigue is better, mind set better. Seems like we are moving in the right direction.  Easy run or bike tonight. Gonna keep/get my legs fresh for that Du this weekend.

mmmm, that was nice!

Not sure what the deal is, but I am still really fatigued. Leg feeling a little bit better, but still sore. (still have no idea what caused it)

Might head out to the lake for a swim, while the water temp is still reasonable.

UPDATE awesome evening swim. With warm weather, water has actually warmed up. Very nice. Just relaxed and enjoyed it as I know cool temps will be here soon enough. Just floated on my back for a five minutes afterwards and looked up at the dusk sky. Did wonders for me.

Still feeling beat down and very sore inner thigh (from what I don't know) Geez, with as crappy as I feel, I might as well just done the race.  Thinking I will jump on the bike tonight.

UPDATE: Leg still sore and seems to be affecting my power a bit. Super.
