Quite frankly, I was expecting about a 15mph avg on this one with some still sore/tired legs. Pretty breezy on way back or avg would been better, but nothing to give today. Nice day for a ride though.

Winter must be coming, my weight is creeping up. Short run or a swim tonight depending on what schedule allows.

UPDATE It was so nice out, I wanted to go longer...but I didn't. When some guy from another neighborhood went flying past me at a sub-8 pace, I wanted to go faster...but I didn't. I kept myself in check. Probably last run before saturday.

First day of school for my middle schooler. Earlier mornings once again. My younger daughter started last week. With school and these cool temps, really feeling like fall.  Tonight I will ride my bike. Really.

UPDATE: rode on rolling Waterville road which is freshly paved. Awesome. Smooth as a triathlete's baby's bottom.
