everything was really, really tight.

The plan is to have me run my long runs fatigued.  Mission accomplished.  Had an exhausting week that culmunated with giving the eulogy at my grandmother's funeral and then yesterday doing a 10 miler and then raking leaves for over 2 hours.  So when I stepped out the door this morning  I was completely exhausted.  Now add in a stiff head wind for the first 3 miles and this was certain not too be good.  However, I got through it.  Pleasant temps (probably the last of the 60s for quite sometime) helped.

FIrst non-negative split run in a long time.  Actually had time off in my head or I would have kicked it up in the last mile to get the cherished negative split.  In any event, second half was a bit more of a struggle than I like.  I was warm and my glute was bugging me.
