Pretty chilly temps (low 20's), but I was dressed proper and didn't cause too much issue, except water bottles freezing.  Otherwise felt pretty comfortable and pleased with pace and effort.  At turn around found a trail in woods that I had never spotted before and walked in the woods for a few minutes and ate my shot bloks. Then I realized it is still hunting time and thought I better turn around before I get shot. ;)

pretty chilly with a high biting wind (wind chill was in the teens) Wind really helped me though. When it was at my back, it helped me physically go faster, when it was in my face it helped me mentally to go faster so I would get the F done!  With a week of sluggish runs, last two, make me feel better. Now two longer ones for the weekend.

Some good news: warm enough that I ran in shorts; Hip flexor did not give me issue; negative split.  Pace seems to be kind of a broken record lately.  Don't really like going this slow, but I have to take what the body is giving me.

Started out good, but at about mile two, got a sharp pain in my hip flexor area and my leg kind of gave out.  Kind of worked through it but decided to cut a 1/2 mile loop out on return trip.  Still a bit sore and I iced it.  We will see what tomorrow brings.

Today felt better than last week and even yesterday.  Back to negative split, so that is good.  As temps heated up, got way too hot and had to strip off some layers.
