After two days of no training (scheduling, cold weather and little lack of motivation) I was already going crazy.  Not much time today either, so jumped on the bike. I certainly don't enjoy it like running, but it wasn't too bad.  Will hit the roads again tomorrow.

Very different run from last night.  With ice, snow and slop was much more like a trail run.  Enjoyed running in the snow and could care less about the time or pace.

Last night I worked late and couldn't get in a run in the semi (40s) warm weather.  Today I had a tough schedule again and missed the upper 50's, but I decided no matter what I would run outside in shorts when I got home.  It was in the mid 40's and raining pretty good.  It must say something about the crappy weather runs I have had this winter because this actually felt pleasant.  Didn't have much time, otherwise I would have stayed out longer.

Hey how about that, a bike and a swim in the same month.  The ride was just to test things out.  The major victory was changing a flat tire (since July) and getting the bike on the trainer.  Now, no excuses for not getting on the bike.
