beautiful (for February) sunny, warm (low 30's) day for a run.  Nice route with some hills to keep me honest.  Happy with pace.  Post run hips are sore.  Afterwards ran another mile with my daughter.

AS expected (hoped), body beat back whatever was trying to invade and I feel much better today.  If that continues, I will run around the Pettit tonight.

started feeling crummy in the afternoon.  Achy, headache, chilled, sour stomach and very tired.  I rarely get sick, but a couple times a year I feel like something is coming on.  My body usually fights it off and its back to business.  Declare today a rest day to let my body do its thing.
