After dropping my daughter at gymnastics (in the snow) had a little time for something before I head back over.  So I decided on a little swim. When I swim in the pool it takes me back to another time.  Even though the stroke comes back to me, this feels very distant to me. Maybe the joy of tris will come back to me, but right now it feels like a ship that has sailed.

beautiful (for February) sunny, warm (low 30's) day for a run.  Nice route with some hills to keep me honest.  Happy with pace.  Post run hips are sore.  Afterwards ran another mile with my daughter.
