Really nice run on a sunny, but chilly sunday morn.  Mileage is a bit of an estimate based on know pace of first couple miles (9:00 min. pace) total pace could be a little faster or little slower. Got to get that Garmin, but doesn't matter for today.  This route had a fair number of hills, too.

Not bad, not bad at all. Chilly, but sunny with dry roads.

March starts like a lamb with schedule forced rest day.  February was second month in row with a swim, bike & run.  I would like to say it is a re-birth of my interest in triathlon, but that is not true.  I simply have no desire for tris right now.  I will wait until things get outside before really making a judgment and I still plan on 'forcing' myself to do a tri this year.  However I am starting to believe more and more like I might be retired from the sport.

Little time during my daughter's piano lesson so I went to health club (second time in 2 days, wow) and did a quick little run on treadmill.  Mercifully, this is all I had time for.
