UPDATE: it wasn't long and it wasn't really very enjoyable (cold, raining and strong wind) but it was something. That is what counts at this point.

Decided on planned rest day, eventhough last day of week where it won't be raining when I get home and decent temps.  Legs were tight and fatigued so I decided to rest it.

Back after 4 day trip to Minnesota to look at colleges (holy crap!) hips are usually pretty tight after spening long time in car and they didn't disappoint.  Felt ok, but things got tight after turn around and did not negative split.
