first 4 miles on glacier trail, then Ice age trail to and through Lapham Peak, then came back through hills of Delafield. Mileage is an estimate. Pace on paved portion was 8:50, I am guessing trail was considerably slower.

Didn't want to leave bad taste of last night's run there too long. Mid sixties and light rain made this a very pleasant run.

very sluggish tonight (pretty warm)

Like a lot of people, I am not feeling the love for the new BT.  The old BT felt like home, this feels like somebody else's home.  However, after 8 years I not sure I want to move on.  On the bright side I figured out how to Inspire.  Hopefully they will fix the issues related to that, as that is the most irritating.

I will run today (I hope).

Glacier trail starting in Waukesha and ran out to Wales. This was less than perfect as it warm and I didn't have enough water with me (and drinking fountains are not turned on yet. Also forgot sunscreen, luckily it got cloudy on return trip. Would rather have been on the trails, but ran into lrunfit and had a nice chat with my-soon to be neighbor. Also had a Ross sighting.

Having some kind of issue with pinky toe bleeding (like through the sock) on my long runs. Not sure what the problem is.
