Prowl to Peak night-time 5k at Lapham Peak. This was 'official' time which was timed by an I-pad app. Girl that finished 2 seconds in front of me said her garmin had 24:13 for her, so actual time for me was probably a bit faster.

on a whim did some pushups while watching Morning Joe (yeah that's how I roll.)

Did this on kind of Whim. Had thought about doing this but sort of forgot about it. Fast forward, I get home from work at about 7:40 and wanted to go to Lapham peak, but thought there wasn't enough daylight left. Then I remembered that this race was going on. Went over at about 8:15 and registration was still open. This was an adventure. Was on lighted ski trails, but some gaps in lights. Thought runs through your mind as you are barrelling down a hill that a root, rock or hidden hole could ruin your night in a hurry. Lots of fun.

Something completely different than yesterday. Absolutely perfect day weather-wise. This went well, but I just got tired. Didn't feel terrible, just wore out.

Sprint for Spina Bifida. 11th overall and 1st in my age group.

I have a cousin who has spina bifida and he was very dear to my grandmother and the cause was important to her, so I felt it was important to do this this week. 15 seconds from a PR, but considering I did this with no time keeping device, and at the end of a tough week and wilth no speed training, I will take it.
