Day 1826 Adriene's yoga for transitions. So there it is: 5 years of daily yoga. Wow!

In addition to the yoga streak, this year was a great improvement over last year. 11 more hours of yoga, 12 more hours of meditation, 8.5 more hours of strength and, even with almost 6 weeks of little to no running, I ran over a 100 miles more than last year (at a much faster pace) sadly my streak of 100 mile months came to an end at 6 years and 7 months. I am ok with that because it occurred pushing myself beyond where I had ever gone.
