Will post an RR when the official times are up.  I think I did 1:42:29.  I'm not that happy with the race today- I actually thought I was swimming pretty hard, but the sheet said I did 2:30s!  I'll have to see where I fell out in my AG.  The bike was rough; I made up my exceed too strong, and so was getting too much sugar and not enough water.  I didn't have anything for all of the rolling hills, and started getting a nasty headache.  I took a second on the run to drink some water and it helped. The run was definately my best leg; I think I ran 8:30s or something.  I wasn't mentally very psyched up for the race.  It was a hard, stressful week with work and home stuff, so I was close to bagging anyway.  I'm very glad I did it, but boy I need to work on my swim!

Hmm, I've been having a little persistent OP pain.  I'm going to take the day off; I don't want to injure myself before Saturday (during is ok though?:)).

Well, back to real life.  Took the weekend to rest but then yesterday was busy at work and I didn't have time before we went out to dinner for a short workout.  Hopefully this evening...
