No workout, 1987 calories.  We have a visiting speaker in town so I was shepherding him all day, and a group went out to dinner.  I'm happy to keep my calories under 2000 (it was a very good, fancy dinner!).

Trainer ride. It's chilly out!

So I signed up for not one but TWO challenges!
1.  You'll log Christmas Challenge:
- Log all workouts (not a problem since I already do this)
- Log all food every day until Christmas (I'll use Fitday since I find it easier, and I'll post my calories and nutrient balance here every day)
- Lose 10 pounds by Christmas.  To give myself extra incentive, I have told my husband that I will not buy any clothes or shoes until I weigh 125...
2.  November Crushers Challenge (Pick 4!)- Lose 5 pounds by Thanksgiving
- Ride 10 hours in November
I'll have to decide if I want to add any other goals- finish knitting that scarf?

Trainer ride.  Hmm, I still have 22 hours to go if I want to make my goal of 40 hours biking this year.  I have two months (and a 10K I'm training for).  That means I would have to ride 11 hours each month, or just under 3 hours a week.  I'll have to think about this, but I might be able to do it... 40 minutes 5 days a week?
